TitleMortgage by way of lease and release of Abington estate (described) to secure the balance of the current account
DescriptionThomas Mortlock banker under the firm of John Mortlock and Sons, to Messrs Smith, Payne and Smith bankers of London, and their trustees. Thomas Mortlock to pay all sums which upon balance of accounts, shall be owing from the firm with interest at rate of £5 for every £100 owed; Smith, Payne and Smith to be at liberty to sell off the estate should the balance remain unpaid for a further 6 months.
