TitleCase and opinion, Lewis Duval concerning the will of Samuel Forlow
DescriptionJohn Forlow senior died in 1789. His son John Forlow junior conveyed freehold estates of the late Samuel Forlow to John Mortlock in 1804, and assigned leasehold estates in 1805, expectant on the decease of Samuel's widow Ann, who died in 1806. Eight nieces and nephews then claimed their legacies, but 'doubt has arisen in what proportions the legacies are to be paid out of the freehold or leasehold estates'.
