Requests that Thomas Smith and John Mortlock, his good friends, 'may from time to time take an Account of what Debts my Son receives and what Debts he pays from time to time to see that he does not Imbezzil the Effects to the Prejudice of his Mother's Stipend and his Sisters Fortunes.
