Descriptiona) Agreement between Frederick Cheetham Mortlock and John Hopkin of Witchford relating to farm lately belonging to Thomas Cave deceased now in possession of Frederick Cheetham Mortlock sole surviving mortgagee; John Hopkin agrees to act in capacity of bailiff and manage the farm, 24 August 1816.
b) Agreement by Frederick Cheetham Mortlock to let farm of 113a in Wentworth and Witchford, late in the occupation of Thomas Cave deceased, to John Hopkin and Philip Hopkin, June 1817.
c) Agreement by John Hopkin to pay Messrs Mortlock £2,100 for estate held under lease from Clare College, with 2 memoranda relating to instalments, December 1817.
d) Abstract of title of Philip Hopkin to land at Witchford and Wentworth, 1818.
e) Warrant of attorney from John Hopkin and William Hopkin to Messrs Mortlock is suit for £4,200 debt, 21 October 1818, with memorandum, 6 May 1819.
