Executors: William Jardine Purchas and Thomas Mortlock.
b) Release by the legatees of Mrs Elizabeth Paddon by the legatees to Thomas Mortlock, surviving executor and indemnity in respect of his appointment of new trustees (William Henry Drosier, Thomas William John McDougall and Charles Mortlock), 6 February 1850, with covering letter from Mr Hyde, 1 March 1850
