Descriptiona) Surrender of estate held of the Manor Stratton Hall otherwise Long Stratton, Norfolk, by Richard Rose and Dorcas his wife, one of four sisters and coheirs of William Eversden, 4 November 1737. [Dorcas Eversden was the first wife of Richard Rose, father of Richard Rose.]
b) Surrender of estate held of the Manor of Over, Cambridgeshire, by Richard Rose and Dorcas his wife, one of four sisters and coheirs of William Eversden, 4 November 1737.
c) Four receipts for admission fines for property in the Manors of Crowlands and Coventry in Dry Drayton, 31 July 1761.
d) General release from Richard Rose of Cheapside, haberdasher, son of Richard Rose of Eversden, gentleman, deceased, to Stephen Harrison of Cambridge, grocer, and his wife Mary, late Mary Rose, widow and relict of the late Richard Rose, with assignment of three leases from them to Mr Rose, of property in Chesterton (Roebuck), Eversden (Lordship Place) and Dry Drayton inherited from his father and grandmother Edith Rose, 24 June 1772. With special general release of the same date. [Richard Rose came of age in 1772.]
