Recitals: conditional surrender by Willaim Sanxter of messuage and 2a pasture, Paris Close with house and la, and 84a 2r 4p in Little Abington to Benjamin Keene for raising £2,000, 30 January 1808; conditional surrender of 41a lr in Little Abington by Sanxter to Keene, 2 January 1815; contract to purchase all the above properties by Frederick Cheetham Mortlock from Sanxter for £2,000 and £670, 28-29 September 1818; conveyance of all the properties in trust to Thomas Mortlock, 30-31 May 1820. The residue of the mortgage of 1815 is assigned to Edward Randall in trust for Thomas Mortlock, £2,000 being paid to Keene in discharge of the previous mortgage.
