Endorsed with reassignment of the property to Elizabeth Tyrrell on the previous payment by her of the whole mortgage debt of £700 to Catherine Long of Bury St Edmunds, executrix of William Vachell, deceased. Property to be conveyed in trust to Edmund Mapletoft, clerk of Bartlow, to attend the inheritance, 17 July 1764.
