Cotton and Margaret his wife and Elizabeth Eliot (1729/1730), decree (1731) and bill of revivor by Hickle Scarfe, clerk, and Elizabeth his wife (second wife of Robert Trefusis, deceased, 1743). (ii) Account of personal estate of Samuel Trefusis at death, including rent arrears at 1724 (Cornish estates), account of goods and chattels at house at Trefusis, inventory of goods sold at Penryn, rent arrears at Hatley St George and inventory of goods at house there (Hatley Park) and in Conduit Street, London, accounts of payments in Cornwall, Cambs and London to workmen etc by defendants on account of estate of Samuel Trefusis since his death (a schedule to Sir J.H. Cotton's answer of 1729/1730). (iii) Statement of jointure of £500 p.a. and £6000 due to Lady Cotton (1744). (iv) Proposals for settling estates (1725). (v) account for two £2000 subscription to South Sea Co given to John Foote of the Victualling Office (1721-1722). (vi) Charge of Robert Trefusis v Sir J.H. Cotton about subscriptions with depositions of John Foote and Richard Elliot and observations thereon (?by Sir J.H. Cotton) (1738-1742). (vii) Account of charges in Cambs accounts (?1742), (viii) statement of accounts and demands on estate of Robert Trefusis, decased (1742). (ix) Proposals in accounts (?1742). (x) Submission about damage to cartoons by dampness of weather and adhesion (?1747). (xi) Objections to draft of a report by one of Chancery masters about books and pictures, etc., late of Samuel Trefusis. (?1747)
