Title	Agreement by younger children not to demand payment of portions under family settlement for ten years.
Description	And appointment of receiver (Edward Cotton) to recover and receive issues of trust estates (Red Lion Brewhouse estate, East Smithfield, leased for 99 years to Sarah Parsons in 1748 and assigned by her devisee, Sir John Cotton, 4th baronet, to trustees to recover debts of £21542 13s 6d due under Commission of Bankruptcy in 1778) and of interest from stock invested from sale of advowsons of Dorking and Mickleham and of freehold estate at Woodhatch, Reigate, deeds of which are recited in complex detail, on trust to pay annuities to John Parsons and Domicilla his wife, Sarah O'Dunne and children of James and Sarah O'Dunne in accordance with bonds of Sir John Cotton Hynde and Decree of Chancery, to pay portions as agreed and to invest remainder in names of trustees of deed of 1778. Edward Cotton of Inner Temple, esquire, with Reverend Joseph Turner DD, Dean of Norwich and Thomas Manners Sutton of Lincoln's Inn, esquire (trustees under deed of 1778) and Sarah Cotton of Madingley, spinster, John Oldershaw of Harpley (Norfolk), clerk, and Ann (nee Cotton) his wife, Lettice Cotton of Madingley, spinster, with Sir Charles Cotton of Madingley, baronet, Capt R.N. (eldest son) and Reverend Alexander Cotton late of Madingley, clerk, to Edward Cotton.
