| Description | To indemnify John Chircheman for recognition of £240 given for liveries to John Hodem and other things for which Walter Sibyle, citizen and stock-fishmonger of London, was under obligation, on account of which Walter had agreed to feoffment of whole manor with its lands and tenements in Landwade, Burwell, Fordham and Snailwell by Thomas Taylour vicar of Soham (to whom with Robert Stinham, chaplain, deceased, he had previously it) to Chircheman with William Fak, and also Edmund Olyver, citizen of London and Roger Perens record of St Michael Crooked Lane, both deceased, with covenant to re-enfeoff his widow, Margaret , should he die, having indemnified himself by sale of part of manor.
