Noble as 'miscellaneous papers', although it is unclear whether they ordered the records reflecting a previous order. Here the records have been rearranged, but not renumbered, in an attempt to recreate the original order. The sub-sub-series into which the papers are arranged broadly reflects the order of the entire list, with diocesan records followed by court records followed by records of officers of the archdeaconry.
