DescriptionThe account shows what the new adventurers have spent on draining and improvement; the parallel 'Answer' disputes several of the expenses as matters for the undertenants, etc., and as conjecture, concluding 'that the old Adventurers do out-balance the new, both in the totall Summe, the Equity, and in Law'. Refers to a 'following' 'Narrative [item 154] and 'Discourse' in which the old adventurers' case is more fully set out 'for your Lordships satisfaction' [i.e. of Privy Council]. (Pin-holes and staining in corners show it has been pinned to a board as a notice)
