Description1. Henry Pointer Standly of Paxton Place, Hunts. Esq. 2. George Thornhill of Diddington, Hunts. Esq. a). 2. To institute a suit against 1. in order to gain full legal possession of 1's. Boxworth, Cambs. estate. b). Purchase price of £2,300 and £14,200 to bear interest of £5 per cent. c). Henry Pointer Standly to continue in possession of receipts of rents and profits. d). Interest on £2,300 to be paid to Henry Pointer Standly, rents and profits to be deducted from interest on £14,250 which George Thornhill to retain. e). £2,425 Paid by George Thornhill to Messrs. Skinner and Co. now to be repaid to him. f). Repairs to be paid out of rents and profits to Henry P. Standly, but not without Geo. Thornhill's written permission. g). If no sale by July 1787, then Geo. Thornhill to be paid his £1988.16.6 from Skinner and Co. and £486.3.6. from Henry P. Standley
