To 2. for use of a). Mary Ann Hawkins after death of George Thornhill - £600 for her jointure. To Charles Hawkins and Barne Barne a). For use of heirs of George Thornhill. b). Better securing of Mary Ann Hawkins's £600 p.a. c). Use of Geo. Thornhill and his heirs. d). Use of education of Geo. Thornhill's children after his death at rate of £4 per £100 of their portions. e). Caesar Hawkins to pay Geo. Thornhill £2,000 within 6 months of death of C.H's wife. f). George Thornhill to be able to lease for not more than 22 yrs lands (above). g). Can sell for a valuable consideration such money to be re-invested in land.
