(of 3½ acres) for 99 years. At 1st year £6.10. per acre. 2nd yr. £10 per acre, 3rd yr. £20 per acre, 4th yr. £40 Per acre, 5th yr. £169. 2. To form and lay open a road 40ft wide to go North across the said ground. Road to be made at joint expense. Buildings to be erected to be of 3rd class.
