Piece of ground on Southampton St. abutting on to New St. in parish of St. Mary, Islington; from N to 287 ft. + E. to W. 92ft (Northern boundary) and E. to W. 125ft (Southern boundary). To build 20 houses of 4th rate with 3rd rate elevations. Sewer to be built on Northern boundary and ½ of sewer on Eastern boundary, none of erected houses to be used for trade. Geo. Thornhill says no building erected on open space between Northern Boundary and Thornhill Bridge.
