To execute a lease at 2.'s expense of a piece of land in Holloway Rd. nearly opposite Caledonian Asylum, to contain 3a and consistent with 1.'s building plan. b). Lease for 21 years. c). Rent of £15 p.a. d). Building of 30ft above ground may be raised on the land, no other buildings more than 12ft without written permission. e). When lease expires land to be left level. f). George Thornhill to execute a building lease to Miss Baume for 99 yrs from 1852 at yearly rent of £15 i.e. £30 per acre.
