DescriptionJoseph Kay, Gower St. London, to George Thornhill Esq. M.P. Commissioners of Sewers agreed to build 2,500 feet of sewer along Battle Bridge and Holloway Road on payment of £1,250. But will only be built if full sum paid immediately contract signed, not in instalments. Mr. Cubitts, Messrs. Dennis and Price and George Thornhill informed of their obligations. Very good report received of Ryder instead of Southcott, who is to be joined with Hughes in the building agreement.
