Description	Joseph Kay, Folkestone to George Thornhill Esq. M.P., Diddington. Plan of fronting on Hemingford Road sent to W. Pocock and terms which George Thornhill would accept - likely will accept them and does not recommend any reduction in their amount. He will see what further explanation Dennis can give respecting England, but possibly this will be only that he has been rather run down from the failures of his brother, for whom he has conducted some large building speculations. Has much talent and would erect buildings of a good description. Will proceed with the treaty with Inwood.
