The Lawn now in occupation of Waller, on front and west side of Castle, Dovehouse, Closewith Dovehouse now in occupation of George Kidman. Antrobus' Close north of road leading from Stirtloe to Oxford, 8a also of John Waller-total 30a (excepting Timber and Trees) 21 years at £100 p.a. Endorsed. consideration £550 mortgage to Ed. Willoughby; Geo. Alexander conveys rents to Ed. Willoughby for term of lease. 3 Mar.1783.
