Willoughby and Alexander sisters. 4th April last past?. (Helena Alexander is now Helena Ferrers.) Recites 2. Lease and Release 30/31 Jul.1788 Ed. Willoughby and Ed. Mundy and Alexander sisters to Lord Middleton and Thos.Waterton. 3a next to Poors House and 1½a woodground in Stirtloe to be held in trust for Alexander sisters as tenants in common. Both trustees now dead, Chas. Waterton is heir to trust. Recites 3. Death of Mary Martha Alexander having devised all interest in above estate to sister Helena who has now applied to trustee to convey legal estate in above property to her. Now. Chas. Waterton as heir to trust conveys estate in Stirtloe to Helena Ferrers.
