Description"Volume 3", containing composite draft proceedings [minutes] of the Society of Adventurers. It contains draft minutes for a meeting held on 06 December 1647; "Journal Book: Liber Ordin[um] B", containing draft minutes for meetings held between 15 December 1649 and 08 March 1649/50; an index of the topics discussed and the names and addresses [of the Committee]; draft minutes for meetings held between 16 May 1646 and 04 June 1646; and "A booke of Orders of the Committee for the Fennes before the Acte of Parliament passed the howse", containing draft minutes for meetings held between 10 June 1646 and 17 December 1647. The draft minutes for 16 May 1646 to 04 June 1646 are less detailed than those found in R59/31/9/1, but sometimes the minutes for 10 June 1646 to 17 December 1647 are more detailed, and record the discussions about petitions and why they should or should not be passed.
