Contains draft leases and assignments to William Bedford, Samuel Bowker, Robert Brown, Walter Covell, Frederick Charles Dring, John Fear, William Cross Finch, George Ingram, the Commissioners of Littleport and Downham District, Joseph Powell, Charles Watson and William Wright. Also contains the Registrar's report about the encroachments above Welney Bridge; deed of covenant with Sir Thomas Hare, by way of indemnity; bills of travelling charges and expenses incurred by a Committee of the Board and the Registrar in relation to the Middle Level Separation and Dissolution Bills; the appointment of Joseph Martin, as Deputy Commissioner to the Corporation; an agreement with Morgan's Brewery Company Ltd, for building a new open shed and stable at "The Three Horse Shoes" at Oxlode; and a schedule of documents and papers in the Fen Office that relate exclusively to the Middle Level.
