Contains a draft case as to whether the Trustees of the Wisbech and Chatteris Turnpike can be called upon to pay a proportion of the expense, together with the opinions of John Campbell and Mr Coleridge; a [draft] contract and completion bond with Mr Gathergood; "specification of the work required to be performed in the re-erection of Nordelph sluice"; tenders [to build] the new sluice at Nordelph; draft lease and release for freehold hereditaments and premises at Nordelph Corner; a draft notice to the Treasurer of the Wisbech and Chatteris Trustees concerning the bridge [at Nordelph]; notice of a special general meeting; minutes of the Wisbech and Chatteris Turnpike Trust, and [John] Dyson's answers to certain queries. Also contains an abstract of the Receiver General's Middle and South Level accounts for 1833-1834; the Cambridge Chronicle, 15 August 1834; an order of the Eau Brink Commissioners concerning Denver Sluice; an order concerning the tunnels through Over Bank; notices of intended application to Parliament; notice concerning Over inclosure; notice concerning Stetham inclosure; notice concerning Swavesey inclosure; notes and correspondence.
