Also contains "Report of the Committee of the Board appointed [...] to enquire into the general Liability of the Corporation"; a draft feoffment to John [Walbanke Childers], for a piece of land at Eldernell; a plan of John [Walbanke] Childer's property by the Counter Drain; "Particulars of the Stanground and Morton's Leam Banks and Forelands, with the Fisheries [...] to be Let by Auction", 1858; a case as to George and John Hall's liability to repair "The Plough and Fleece" at Southery, together with the opinions of Mr Kelly; orders and correspondence.
