Contains a premises of a mortgage [by demise] between John McDonough and Robert Macy, for four messuages in Elm Court (now Graystoke Place) and two messuages in Mac's Place, Fetter's Lane, London; a copy of a conditional surrender to Samuel Wells and John McDonough, of [copyhold] hereditaments and lands in Graveley, as a security for £2,000; statements of Samuel Wells' accounts with George Farey; statements of Thomas Jay and Francis Rix's account as the executors to the late John Richards; George Farey's accounts with Samuel Wells, concerning the mortgage for an estate in Earith; Samuel Wells' account with the executors of the late Richard Fairey; an attested copy of a deed of appointment for new trustees to Jane MacDonough, in pursuance of the powers contained in her marriage settlement; an agreement to dismiss Elizabeth Frances McDonough's bill in the Court of Chancery (see also R59/31/box58/bundle2), and for all trust funds to be held by John McDonough and Samuel Wells in future; Charles Bryant's bill for the fabrics purchased by Samuel Wells, for the mourning of the late Mrs Farey; memorandum of agreement with John Bellamy, for the lease of 30 acres of Adventurers' lands in Stilton; bills and receipts; bills of exchange; notes and correspondence.
