The Bedford Level Corporation put the mansion house up for sale in 1864, but kept possession of the adjoining building as their offices. Contains a copy of the sale particulars; a plan of the building, showing the portion not to be sold; conditions of sale and of right to pre-emption; abstracts of the Corporation's title to a mansion house and garden in Ely; an inventory and valuation of the fixtures and fittings in the Fen Office, Ely, and a copy of the conveyance to Joseph Little.
