Contains an Act of Parliament for admitting Francis Pemberton to the chambers formerly occupied by Sir Roger Jenyns; a bond with George Waddington, for admission to the Fen Office Chambers at No. 3 Tanfield Court for life; abstracts of Reverend Jelinger Symon's title to No. 6 Serjeants' Inn; a memorandum of agreement with Samuel Wells (on behalf of the Bedford Level Corporation), to purchase Jelinger Simon's interest in No. 6 Serjeants' Inn; a schedule of fixtures in No. 6 Serjeants' Inn; a bond with Simon Le Blanc, for him to surrender the chambers at No. 3 Tanfield Court with a reasonable notice; an assignment to Simon Le Blanc, of insurance for the chambers in No. 3 Tanfield Court; a report about the condition of the Fen Office; a printed prospectus for the premises to be sold in Serjeants' Inn in 1837; a plan of Serjeants' Inn, showing the properties to be sold; receipts for rent payments, and correspondence.
