Contains bargain and sales, leases and other deeds conveying Adventurers' land to Elizabeth Ayres; John Bedford; William Constable; William Dow; Sampson, Lord Eardley; Owen Gray; Joseph Little; Richard Oldoyde; John Owen; John Sculthorpe; John Single; John Spekings; Benjamin Vipan; Samuel Wells; John Wing, and the Littleport and Downham District Commissioners. Also contains conditions of sale for non-payment of taxes; Mr Golborne's draft report; a statement of the accounts as printed, 1817-1818; William Seer's general accounts for 1817-1818; a draft contract and specification for the Eau Brink Cut; draft schedules of tolls to be printed in 1820; draft clauses and provisos; draft cases; draft orders; notes and correspondence.
