Contains [a copy of] the articles of settlement made on the marriage of Jane Farey and Joseph McDonough; an abstract of the assignment; an apportionment and demise from George Farley to Messrs Jay and Rix, for lands in Bluntisham; copy probate of the last will and testament of John Richards; a [draft] assignment and transfer of two mortgages of £2000 and £320 from Francis Rix to Samuel Wells and John MacDonough (trustees under the marriage settlement), and correspondence.
