Contains draft leases, assignments and conveyances to James and John Bullard, William Cutlack, Elijah Eyre, William Fryer, Robert Gill, Robert Goddard, Henry and John Hall, Joseph Jackson, James Jackson, Robert and Charles Lindsell, Thomas Mott, Thomas Peacock, Joseph Powell, John Seaber, William Smith and Charles Watson. Also contains the form of lease used for cottages and public houses; report of the Committee of the Board about the tolls levied at Stanground Sluice; report of the Vice Chairman and Registrar about Tongs Drain; an account of travelling expenses and allowances for members of the Board and the Registrar in 1847 and 1848; a notice to the East Anglian Railway Company, asking them to remove the temporary railway bridge over the River Ouse and to erect a permanent bridge in its place; report of the Registrar about the validity of the lease granted to John Walbanke Childers; a draft handbill advising that all haling should now be done on the Cradge Bank; report of the General Committee about the Little Ouse; contract with Philip Harrison Dawes, for the removal and re-erection of "The Crown" at Welney; agreement with the Conservators of the River Cam, for the use of a steam dredging machine; bond with the Conservators of the River Cam, for the return of the steam dredging machine; draft contract with Charles Crawley, for the removal and re-erection of "The Three Horseshoes" at Oxlode; extracts from various deeds relating to property in Upwell, and other notes.
