Contains a case as to whether the right to vote in an election is confined to the members of the Commonality who own more than 100 acres of Adventurers' lands or whether all members of the Commonality ought to also have this right; a case as to whether an election can be held without the Governor or one of the Bailiffs being present, together with the opinions of [George] Wilson and John Lens; a case as to whether purchasers of Adventurers' lands whose conveyances had not been entered into the Registry Books by the late Robert Bevill were entitled to vote in the election appoint his successor, together with the opinions of Thomas Denman; a case as to whether all votes are considered equal in a tie-break situation, together with the opinions of [James] Scarlett; and a case as to the mode of election of the members of the Boards and the custody of the Corporation seal, together with the opinions of Harris Prendergast.
