DescriptionThe petitioner made a contract with Samuel Clark to purchase a small cottage and garden on the Ten Mile Bank, but that the purchase was not completed as Samuel Clark unable to prove his title and was subsequently arrested for debt. He still wishes to complete the purchase, and asks to be granted the lease for the premises. One signatory. Also contains a memorandum of agreement with Samuel Clark, to purchase the cottage for £120.
