DescriptionThe petitioner represents that he leased "The Three Tuns" on the Welney Bank in April 1820, then in a ruinous and dilapidated condition. He has been obliged to take it down and rebuild it at considerable expense. He asks for some of the expense he incurred to be refunded. Also contains a bill for the repairs done at "The Three Tuns".
