DescriptionThe memorialists intend to lower the threshold of Stow Bridge Sluice and to install a new pair of doors. They ask for permission to take fresh water from Tong's Drain during the overhaul. One signatory. Also includes a copy of an order made at a meeting held at the Red Hart Inn in Nordelph on 11 April 1827, for a memorial to be presented to the Bedford Level Corporation.
