Description	The petitioners report that Mr Budd has built a tunnel through Horsecroft Bank, which is causing their land in Plantwater to flood. They also report that a tunnel and dyke have been built to drain Horsecroft and Feldale, which has no outfall into the River Nene. They ask for them to be stopped up. One signatory.
