TitlePetition of Several Owners of Fen Land in the Middle and South Levels
DescriptionThe petitioners intend to build a new cut between Eau Brink and King's Lynn, and have unsuccessfully applied for an Act of Parliament on three occasions. They report that Sir Thomas Hyde Page and Robert Mylne have reviewed their plans, and that the Corporation of Lynn have withdrawn their opposition. They ask for financial assistance towards the considerable cost of promulgating a Bill through Parliament. Five signatories.
