DescriptionThe petitioners report that the banks of their district are now in a very ruinous condition. They ask for a substantial allotment from the Bedford Level Corporation, as they believe that it will cost more than £200 to ensure that they can withstand future floods. They also ask for the River Ouse adjoining their district to be roaded twice this summer, as it is overgrown with weeds. Sixty three signatories.
