Description	The petitioner owns about 197 acres of lands in Stanground and Whittlesey called "Drysides", the upper part of which is in great need of water during the summer months. He reports that a tunnel was laid through the south bank of Moreton's Leam, but that Mr Lawrence has claimed sole use of the tunnel and refuses to abide by a scheme drawn up by Mr Hare.
