TitlePetition of Certain Owners of Land in Feldale, Whittlesey
DescriptionThe petitioners report that a tunnel through the Horsecroft Bank lets salt water into their pasture in Feldale, preventing them from grazing their cattle the during the summer months. They ask for the tunnel to be removed or repaired. They also report that Henry Coventry has built several dams and roads across the Ware Dike (Counter Drain). They ask for them to be removed, as they obstruct the passage of water. Ten signatories.
