DescriptionThe petitioners report that two tunnels through the Corporation bank are out of repair and in danger of blowing up. They ask for them to be removed, as they are often opened by disorderly persons in times of flood. If this is not possible, they ask for them to be repaired and to be put in the care of a proper person. Seven signatories.
