TitlePetition of Several Proprietors and Occupiers of Lands adjoining Ash Drain and Gull Drain
DescriptionThe petitioners report that orders were made in [October 1749] and [January 1750] to build dams across the lower ends of Ash Drain and Gull Drain, but Owen Fann has still not carried out these orders. They have built both of the dams at their own expense, to prevent the doors from being opened. They ask for further directions to be given to complete the works. Seventy nine signatories.
