DescriptionThe petitioners have erected a new engine on the south bank of the Forty Foot River. They ask for permission to remove the dams across the West Water, as they use this as the mill drain. They also ask for permission to scour and widen the West Water, and to be granted a lease for the site of the water engine. Six signatories.
