TitlePetition of Sarah Redshaw, sister and legal representative of the late Beck Jenyns
DescriptionThe petitioner's sister Beck Jenyns leased several premises from the Bedford Level Corporation, which included a covenant of renewal. She reports that she was forced to file a lawsuit in the Court of Chancery against the Corporation to renew the lease, which was then dismissed. She asks to be granted a lifetime annuity, to replace the benefits she enjoyed from the lease. No signatory.
