DescriptionBundle of Corporation bonds, which had been discharged or transferred to other parties. Contains Corporation bonds issued to Sir John Bailey; Thomas Ground; Reverend Abraham Jobson; Thomas Orton; John Morse; William Wandby and Charles Philip Yorke, Earl of Hardwicke. Also contains a list of the bond holders who agreed to accept 4 percent interest; authority to make out six bonds to Henry Sweeting; notices from Abraham Jobson and Ann Bailey, for their bonds to be discharged; certificates of money expended on the north bank of the Old Bedford River; the draft form of bond used for the Middle and South Levels; and correspondence.
