DescriptionThirty four volumes, recording the rents received for the public houses, tolls, banks, fisheries, cottages and acknowledgements let by the Bedford Level Corporation. These volumes fall into two series: some are arranged alphabetically by tenant (see BLC4/5/1), whilst the others are arranged by property type (see BLC4/5/2). Both series also record the property hired, the current tenant, and the rent paid annually by the tenant.
