Contains a summary of the Separation Bill; orders of the Board to oppose the Separation Bill; a statement of the Middle Level Committee about the Middle Level Bills; the report and resolutions of a General Committee of the Middle Level Commissioners about the Separation Bill; a copy of the instructions for the cross-examination of Mr Fellowes, Mr Childers and Mr Wise; a copy of a decree of the Board about the works to be maintained at the cost of the Corporation; Mr Wise's bill of expenses for opposing the Dissolution Bill; a statement of a conversation which took place on 10 December 1861; copies of orders of allotments made before and after 1698; proceedings, orders and reports. Also contains the memorials of the Manea and Welney District Commissioners, and owners and occupiers of lands on the south side of the Forty Foot River, asking for the Great Barrier Bank of the Old Bedford River to be strengthened and repaired.
