DescriptionPrinted memorial against clause 23 of the County Government Bill, which would give County Boards discretionary powers as River Conservators. The memorialists include representatives from the Ouse Outfall and Middle Level Board, the Bedford Level Corporation, the South Level Drainage and Navigation Commissioners, the Denver Sluice Commissioners, the Middle Level Board, the Waldersey Commissioners and the Commissioners of Sewers for Wisbech.
