TitleGrant by the Corporation to Sir John Fortescue of the office of recorder and an annuity of 4 pounds and twelve shillings annually for life
DescriptionAnnuity to be paid at Michaelmas by the chamberlain or treasurer of the Corporation. In the event of non-payment Sir John shall be entitled to distrain the Corporation by seizure of land.
